Christian practises extensively in wills and estates litigation, including family provision matters, and also in general equity and commercial law. He was an early adaptor to the demands of ADR and the bulk of his cases resolve at or following mediation. Non-medical professional negligence is also an area of interest.
Christian had recently obtained National Accreditation as a mediator as is available to mediate not only in Sydney, but in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Southern Highlands, or by video link.
Experience at the Bar in other areas of litigation has included insurance, criminal, building and construction, coronial inquiries and inquests and professional disciplinary matters. He has also acted for veterans and war widows in numerous administrative law matters, including appeals to the Full Federal Court.
