Christian practises extensively in wills and estates litigation, including family provision matters, and also in general equity and commercial law. He was an early adaptor to ADR and the bulk of his cases resolve at or soon after mediation.
Christian is a Nationally Accredited mediator. He is available to mediate not only in Sydney, but also in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Southern Highlands, or by video link.
Experience at the Bar in other areas of litigation has included administrative, insurance, criminal, building and construction, coronial inquiries and inquests and professional disciplinary matters.

Christian has delivered numerous seminars on family provision and will-related topics for, amongst others, LAAMS (Legal and Accounting Management Seminars), CPDs (Continuing Professional Development Seminars), the Tilbury Group and has delivered papers (and since 2019 has chaired) the Two Wentworth annual Succession seminar day.
