Hal has over 18 years experience as a barrister with a diverse practice, spanning all areas of commercial law, equity and property law. Hal has appeared in the High Court, Federal Court and all NSW and Federal Courts and Tribunals and has extensive experience in the commercial and equity divisions of the Supreme Court of NSW and Court of Appeal. Hal accepts briefs in all trial and appellate matters in all aspects of commercial and corporations law, contracts, equity and trusts, property, insurance, succession, insolvency, professional negligence and construction law.
