Christian practises extensively in wills and estates litigation, including family provision matters, and also in general equity and commercial law. Non-medical professional negligence is also an area of interest.

Experience at the Bar in other areas of litigation has included insurance, criminal, construction, coronial inquiries and inquests and professional disciplinary matters. He has also acted for veterans and war widows in numerous administrative law matters, including appeals to the Full Federal Court.

Christian has delivered numerous seminars on family provision and will-related topics for, amongst others, Legal and Accounting Management Seminars (LAAMS), Continuing Professional Development Seminars (CPDS) and the Tilbury Group.
